The field of membership
shall be limited to those having the following common bond:
- Permanent
employees of Ingersoll-Rand Company who work in Mocksville, Davidson, and Huntersville, North
Carolina and Campbellsville, Kentucky.
- Permanent
employees of Ingersoll-Rand AIR SOLUTIONS GROUP Service and Sales who work
in or are paid from Davidson, North Carolina.
- Spouses
of persons who died while within the field of memberships of this credit
union; persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above
employment; employees of this credit union; members of their immediate
families; and organizations of such persons.
- Immediate family of Ingersoll-Rand Employees. This is limited
to a spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent or grandchild if not living
in the same residence. Stepchildren, stepparents, stepsiblings and adopted
children are included in this definition. Once an immediate family
member joins, then that person's immediate family would be eligible to join.
- Any person who is a permanent member of and participates in the
maintenance of the household. Domestic partners and legal guardian
relationships are part of the household definition.
